Minty Restaurants

Located in Ankara, Minty is conceived as a contemporary urban oasis where architecture, nature, and hospitality come together to create a unique dining experience. Inspired by organic forms and biophilic design principles, the project combines flowing geometries, natural materials, abundant daylight, and integrated greenery to foster a sense of wellbeing and connection.

The interior is characterized by sculptural wooden elements, soft green tones, and fluid spatial transitions that guide guests through a warm and welcoming environment. Designed to accommodate different rhythms of daily life, Minty offers spaces for quick breaks, casual meetings, and shared dining experiences, creating a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere.
